Reproducible on: Firefox 46.0a1 and Firefox 45.0a2 under Windows and Ubuntu
STR
1.Launch Firefox with a clean profile.
2.Click Panel Menu [≡] → Sign in to Sync.
3.Log in using the Firefox account.
4.Navigate to about:preferences#sync and deselect "Tabs" option.
5.Check the “Synced tabs” panel.
ER
There are no UI issues in “Synced tabs” panel.
AR
The second line, which is displayed under the “Sync Now” button is interrupted in the right side.

Additional notes:
- This issue is reproducible on Firefox 46.0a1(2016-01-21) and Firefox 45.0a2 (2015-01-21/22) under Windows 10 64-bit and Ubuntu 12.04 32-bit.
- Did not encountered this issue using Mac OS X 10.10.5.

You're right. The interrupted line seems to be fixed now in Firefox 47.0a1 (2016-01-28) and Firefox 46.0a2 (2016-01-28), but Firefox 45 beta 1 is still affected.
