I was wondering if the following engancements could be added to tabs:

1. Shift+Ctrl and Mouse click opens the link in a new tab
2. Preferences: Add option to have tabs at the top or bottom

1. Go to edit -> preferences -> navigator -> tabbed browsing, and check "open
tabs instead of windows for middle-click or control-click of links in a Web page"
You'll be able to control click a link and open it in a new tab.
Shift-click is "save link as"
