In Firefox 44, NewTabURL.jsm is missing.

It's present in Firefox 43 and Firefox 45

resource:///modules/NewTabURL.jsm

produces "File not found"
I just unzipped all the JARs and it is not there at all.

In Firefox 43, it was in core/browser/modules and browser\jsloader\resource\app\modules
