Details

Inclimate: severe changes in weather patterns. Inclement: unseasonably bad weather; bad weather.

Given that the Mozilla en-US dictionary orients itself at SCOWL data, I personally wouldn't add this. But Ehsan might have a different opinion.

Inclimate sounds like a stretch for adding to the spell checking dictionary, it's too likely to be misspelled when the author intended "inclement", it seems.
