Steps to reproduce:
1. Open new tab
2. Press down arrow to open dropdown in location bar
3. Hover some entry
4. Press Delete key
Actual results:
The entry after the hovered one disappears.
Expected results:
It should disappear the hovered one.
Note if you close and reopen the dropdown, the hovered one was correctly removed from the history. The problem is only in the dropdown.

Seeing the description, it seems so.
But I used mozregression and I got this pushlog

So the cause of this bug is bug 1192505. I don't see it in the dependency tree of bug 1236364.

it is definitely related since it added the code we are changing. I added it.
