Right now, the wifi module of gecko uses WifiUtils for accessing the libhardware_legacy.so to control wpa_supplicant. But after the appearance of wifi daemon, this task will be move to wifi daemon, and the WifiUtils is going to change its purpose into communication between gecko and wifi daemon.
