Meta bug to track the top graphics issues to be picked up and resolved.  We do not need to include tracked bugs, security bugs or topcrash bugs in this list, but it's OK if we do.

This should be a vetted list, tracking those items, not a way to request something gets priority.  If you think something should be on it, discuss in the dev.tech.gfx e-mail list, rather than just linking to the bug.
