Steps to reproduce:

In any page with text, a three-finger tap on a word does not bring up the Dictionary popup as it should.


Actual results:

A three-finger tap results in no response.


Expected results:

While the cursor is hovering over a word, a three-finger tap should produce a Dictionary popup regarding that word. This is a standard OS X feature.
