If you click add sidebar button and your sidebar is not active, new tab will not
be created.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Close sidevar
2. Click some "Add sidebar" link from a website
3. Nothing gets added

Actual Results:  Mozilla just displays empty page

Expected Results:  It should have asked if I want to add page to sidebar panel

Asa, can you try this out for Mozilla build?

Try to add the Bugzilla sidebar panel.

Hmmm... Seems to work now, though I must doublecheck when I get to my
office...Sorry if I wasted your time..

I have same build at office as in home, but at home it seems to work for some
reason. URL I clicked can be found here:

Is it possible that installation over older builds could interfere somehow?
