1243749 - Re-enable browser_rules_filtereditor-revert-on-ESC.js and browser_rules_style-editor-link.js with e10s

browser_rules_style-editor-link.js just works now with e10s, so simply removing the skip-if will work.

browser_rules_filtereditor-revert-on-ESC.js works too, but has some problems with unhandled rejected promises when the test ends. So these will need fixing too.
