Currently, there is only one preference for web site icons : use it in bookmarks
and urlbar or don't use it.
I think there should be separate prefs:
one for showing web site icons in the urlbar/tabs
and one in the bookmarks.

As far as I can see in SM2 there are different prefs for the URL bar and bookmarks/personal toolbar now (Preferences > Appearance > Content). I'm not sure whether one is (intended to be) dependent on the other, though.
Anyway since this is not about Help (the new prefs are already documented there) I'm moving this to Preferences.

Now there is only one option left there, on other hand needed behavior could be achieved via UserChrome.css tweak so proposing WONTFIX here
