Details

FaviconFetcher is doing the right thing with Deferred<Maybe>. FaviconManager.swift should be doing the same. This would be the first step in sharing code between FaviconFetcher and FaviconManager (which both download favicons, but do different things with them). Both subsystems save the Favicon data in the profile.
