Details
Need to get rid of the RDF appcore and replace with an XPIDL-ized version of
the sort service. I think we should try to do this before M11 so that our
RDF/XUL and template APIs are solid.

XUL Sort Service has been IDLized.
I've announced it in the newsgroup(s)... I'll give people a day or two to switch
over, and then remove the RDF AppCore.
