Reproducable: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. Reply to a newsgroup message. 2. Select several full lines of the quoted message. 3. Press the backspace key. Expected result: The selected lines are deleted. Actual result: Mozilla hangs and the process must be stopped with Ctrl+Alt+Del. I've reproduced this bug several times with build 2002020803 on Windows 98. Sometimes the hang happens the first time, but sometimes it takes a few tries.
