Please deploy location tag 20160202101600 to stage.

Usual procedure including a database schema change. There should be 4 migration steps being run (in reverse order):

b247526b9501 -> 4b11500c9014 (head), add bluetooth region stat
0987336d9d63 -> b247526b9501, Add sharded Bluetooth tables.
44e1b53944ee -> 0987336d9d63, Add weight and last_seen columns to station tables.
9743e7b8a17a -> 44e1b53944ee, remove old cell tables

So 4b11500c9014 should be the DB version after the migration. These migrations will again take quite some time in production, probably about 60 minutes.
