Add to tabs context menu an entry to "Electrify" Activating it moves the tabs content into an isolated child process. Idea I had a while ago, wrote demo code so posting. Process per tab may be overkill and degrade performance, this gives power to user. Eventual flexibility is down to developer team when time comes to support multiple processes. Maybe code will be added to allow this feature to be added in an add-on if not directly in Firefox.
