Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Manage Bookmarks 2. rearrange the elements in your Personal Toolbar Folder Actual Results: the Personal Toolbar on an open browser doesn't reorder until you trigger some event in that browser (e.g. mouseover some hotspot--a link, button, etc.). Expected Results: It should reorder instantaneously with the reordering in the Bookmarks Manager.
