If you Manage Bookmarks, and rearrange the elements in your Personal Toolbar
Folder, the Personal Toolbar on an open browser doesn't reorder until you
trigger some event in that browser (e.g. mouseover some hotspot--a link, button,
etc.).
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Manage Bookmarks
2. rearrange the elements in your Personal Toolbar Folder
Actual Results: the Personal Toolbar on an open browser doesn't reorder until
you trigger some event in that browser (e.g. mouseover some hotspot--a link,
button, etc.).
Expected Results: It should reorder instantaneously with the reordering in the
Bookmarks Manager.
