124597 - Mail composer seems to freeze when processing highlighted text area

I was trying to reply to an email, so I hit the reply button. The composer came
up, and then immediately I proceeded to highlight the first 10~15 lines of the
original text, so that I could delete it. When I hit the backspace key, there
was no response. I killed mozilla, and tried again, this time with a right click
on the area. The popup menu came, and I selected "cut", and then mozilla froze
again.

The text included Japanese characters, and the font was set to iso-2022-jp, if
that makes any different.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. highlight area
2. try to delete text via backspace or "cut" option from mouse popup
3.

Actual Results:  Entire program, including the browser, freezes.

the fix should be in the next Windows build to come out, post 2002020803
