Interesting - 300px was expected from the Scratchpad test at devtools/client/scratchpad/test/browser_scratchpad_inspect.js, which matches up with the UA styles for iframes. So maybe 300 is actually what we want to remain consistent with before instead of 400 as in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1243598#c24
