This bug is fork from bug1242774 comment19. When running the crash test (video-replay-after-audio-end.html) on Window, we would get the crash in cubeb_wasapi [1]. --- STR. 1. This is fixed by the patch in bug 1246108 (which also enables video-replay-after-audio-end.html on Windows).
