1246395 - Delete (key) an item have 1 offset in urlbar autocomplete list

Description

STR:
1. Start Firefox, whether it is a new profile or existing profile.
2. Type "m" in urlbar, get the autocomplete list.
3. Move the mouse to select an item.
4. Press the Delete key to delete it, whether it is history item or bookmark item (the bookmark will not be really deleted).


Actual results:
The next item of selected item will be deleted, the selected item be keep.

I see the issue in Fx44.0 (sometimes), Fx45b3 (most of the time) and Fx46a2, the issue seems is fixed in the latest Nightly (after 2016-01-31).


Expected results:
No offset, it should be reliable and should not lead to unexpected data loss, even though it is tiny.

It seems irrelevant to browser.urlbar.unifiedcomplete be true or false.

It only seems to happen when mouse to selecting item, not for arrow keys to selected.

It has a high probability of occurrence in particular versions, but sometimes seems does not to occur temporarily, I did not get an exact regression window with mozregression tool.


[Tracking Requested - why for this release]:
a regression, may be dataloss.
