1246419 - Folder tree of Add/Edit Bookmark panel is small and can't resize

Description

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_10_0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/46.0.2490.86 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

1.Add bookmark(star)
2.Folder string expand arrow


Actual results:

Many folders, hard to navigate with small window

"Edit this bookmark window", list of folders too small
list of folders dont editable and dont save last size

Expected results:

The folder list must drop down for full window size like you hit in "show you bookmarks" button.
Also it must do N(2+) coloms as option set and you can navigate left and right of lists and choose any of your 100 folders easy.

This is not too little, just not large enough to see many folder in the tree (like a window even fullscreen).

it's a longstanding bug, unfortunately at this time I can't make promises, there's a lot of work to do.
