User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.0; rv:47.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/47.0
Build ID: 20160206030207
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.lublin112.pl/pracowal-mpk-3-miesiecy-pomylil-gaz-hamulcem-nowe-zdjecia/
2. Scroll down to the picture gallery under the article and click the first picture. The picture will show in a full size. Hover the mouse cursor on this picture and click right arrow (on the top) to move to the next pictures.
Actual results:
There is an unpleasant visible effect of expanding the size of the picture, which is loading for the first time.
On the second run, the picture is already in the proper size.
Expected results:
Pictures in the gallery should be opened in the proper size from the beginning.
I think, this is regression.
I see the issue in Fx45b3, but did not reproduce in Fx46a2 and 47a1.

I can see this in one of last nightlies.
Have you been using the same profile and didn't clear the cache between tests? Then your 2nd and 3rd test in higher versions could count as next run of cached images, that's why you couldn't reproduce it.
To be sure, try another article from this site, most of them have a gallery.
I don't see this unpleasant effect on my side with FF47. Any screencast?

However, works fine in build 20160206030207 and a new profile.
Thanks. Could it be the issue of bug 1207355? There's a list of similar issues depending of this bug.
I find it similar to bug 1235093 and maybe bug 1225934.
I see big improvement.
