Per bug 1097398 comment 44 and bug 1097398 comment 65, we should remove the two blue bar at the both ends of the text selection.
After bug 1241008 landed, this is trivial to do now. Simply turn off "layout.accessiblecaret.bar.enabled" in mobile/android/app/mobile.js.
