When bringing up the mail window in mozilla, it takes over as the default mail
client under windows. This did not happen in the previous build 0.9.7.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open another mail client on windows, make sure it is the default mail client
on the system
2. open up mozilla and open up the mail client
3. send a mail message
4. close mozilla
5. open the previous mail client ... it would now ask you if you want it to be
the default mail client under windows

Expected Results:  it should just assume that this is the default mail client
... it should prompt if the user wishes for this to be so.
