Currently, when using a device that sends scroll events (such as a bluetooth mouse) in Fennec, APZ will only scroll content vertically. It might be nice to allow the scroll event to scroll horizontally when either the content can only scroll horizontally or when the pointer is over a layer that maybe scrolled horizontally.
