It seems to me, that an Image with vSpace-Tag inside a A-Tag isn't drawed
complete. Just the last pilxel-lines are shown, so I can guess there's a picture.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
load a Page from this side: www.digitalkamera.de 
eg. http://www.digitalkamera.de/Tip/08/05-de.htm 
and look at the demo-JPEGs

I've tried it with a Moz (2002020415) on Linux with the same result.

I can see this bug with 2002020803 on Windows 2000.
I've attached a simplified testcase.
It appears that an image inside a relatively positionned link set off the bug.

I think bug 79315, bug 86850 and bug 94563 are duplicate (or at least very
close) of this bug.
