In bug 1230222 we're wanting to have consumers of Treeherder's API set a User Agent, to make issues (or eg deprecation of a particular endpoint) easier to track.

Add a User Agent to requests made to Treeherder
I've been using this idea with Buildapi.
It makes it easier to keep proper records.
I merged the PR.
Do you have a rush I deploy this?
I hope to deploy something else this week.
