When composing email, mozilla crashes into infinite loop

Details
When composing email at least 1/2 the time I hit enter to go to the next line
and Mozilla goes into an infinite loop, grabbing up memory and taking 100% of
the cpu time. Insane. I can reproduce it but not with a specific case, I just
go about entering an email, usually when I go to sign the bottom, I hit enter
after finishing my body text and either it locks up then or it locks up when I
enter W (first letter of my name) - Maddening.
