1248576 - After a search with no results the “Login” and “Search” icons are not centered

Steps to reproduce:
1.Launch the simulator and navigate to “Dev Web Apps”.
2.In “Dev Web Apps” navigate to an app with video content  and press “OK”(“Enter” key on the keyboard).
3.Navigate to “Search” and search after  “123fgh”.


Expected results:
The “Login” and “Search” icons are centered after search.

Actual results:
The “Login” and “Search”  icons are not centered and are not working.

Note/Issues:
Environment: 2.5 Simulator.
This issue is reproducing in -dev server.

Since web apps won't in 2.6 scope, this issue is not valid anymore after removing web apps from our build.
