124867 - Mozilla hangs when selecting with mouse and trying to delete, in reply window

Build 2002020803, Win98, plain text, "automatically quote the message when
replying":
1. Reply to a message (open composing window).
2. Using mouse, select a part of the replied message. It is 100% reproducible if
you start from the beginning (i.e. selection contains quoted and non quoted
lines) and you don't select the whole message.
3. Hit Del button.

The entire application freezes. Doesn't seem to freeze if you use keyboard only
for the selection. I 'm almost sure that I 've seen a similar report in
Mozillazine. Probably a dupe but I wasn't able to find it, so far.
