works for me on windows 10 with FF 43 and 44.0 for the attachment. The only way you would get "This browser does not support video playback." is if the user is running Windows N or KN variant, in which case they must install the media pack. See https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/fix-video-audio-problems-firefox-windows
I replied to the thread and will close this bug as WFM, as I'm highly confident the issue is a Windows N/KN problem
