I noticed that at least one app in tv_apps bundles its own version of l20n.js: https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/tree/master/tv_apps/remote-control-client/bower_components/l20n The l10n team takes care to provide regular updates to l20n.js stored in shared/js/intl. Please use this file instead copying and storing your copy. Thanks!
