1. Open the following "data:" url or click URL in the form above

2. Move mouse pointer to the center of page content (white area)
3. Open findbar (Ctrl+F), type "Link" there
4.A) Press Ctrl+L to focus urlbar
4.B) Press Ctrl+E to focus searchbar
4.C) Press Ctrl+B to focus filter field in bookmarks sidebar
4.D) Press Ctrl+H to focus filter field in history sidebar
4.E) Press Ctrl+Shift+I to focus devtools
 [make sure that after Step 4 mouse pointer is still placed over the white area, not over the link]
5. Click close button in findbar, then click on the free place on the page (white area)

AR:  Status panel is visible
ER:  Status panel should disappear
