Android emulator test jobs save and blobber-upload a screenshot named emulator-startup-screenshot..., taken just after the emulator has been started. It's a lovely screenshot, but it is almost always the same and has not aided any diagnostic efforts that I can recall. Let's turn it off, at least when emulator startup looks OK.
