1249384 - Support configuring switchboard server endpoint through intent extra

Similar to what we did in bug 1201653, we should create an intent extra to allow users to set a specific Switchboard server endpoint.

This would allow us to test stage changes to the Switchboard server without requiring developers to make a local build with URL changes.

And in the future, we could use this to set a mock server URL from the test harness, if we decide we want to do more to test Switchboard in automation.

Drive-by review (I want that for testing).

It would be nice to have a way to replace the full URL. This would allow me to point this to a Gist on Github or a posting on Pastebin (fast editing). But this is already better than having no way to change the server.
