Currently, latest activity only shows latest translation submissions and approvals.
We should also be able to do things like:
- Show translation deletions
- Link to added/approved translation (blocked by bug 1243086)

Instead of deletions, we should actualy include rejections once bug 1288956 is fixed.

In the current implementation it's expensive to get information needed for generating links and even setting the dir attribute for the translation. We should denormalize the model accordingly.
