Details
Traditionally the InBox folder is allways the first folder in the list.
Under MacOS X this is not the case, it appears alphabetically. This is very
off putting. Seen in just about all builds for MacOS X upto and including
0.9.8 (2002020516).

This is apparently part of bug 115071, should be fixed already. Can you test a
recent nightly build and mark duplicate if it's ok?
