Details
This lab will be decommissioned. Let's remove the duplicated jobs (between Bitbar and MTV) and move the ones which are missing in MTV.

I also remembered b2g-inbound should be removed. No merges are happenening on it anymore.

And base images < v18D haven't been used for more than a year.

Clean up done, thanks to No-Jun's help. We now have:
* 6 graphics jobs: nonsmoke, smoke, settings and their reference jobs
* 2 download jobs: 1 for each branch (mozilla-central and mozilla-inbound)
* 2 brick jobs: same
* 4 perf jobs: cold lunch and reboot with 512 or 1024MB of memory
* 2 adhocs: functional and graphics
* 2 jobs for the base image (1 for download, the other for a flash)
* 2*5 functional: dogfood (will be removed in bug 1250474), sanity, smoke, non-smoke{1,2}, unit. DSDS is still missing and will be done in bug 1250474.
