Over in bug 1126830 we prioritized ChaCha20/Poly1305 cipher suites over AES-GCM on ARM devices. Now if an NSS client built for ARM connects to a non-ARM NSS server then the latter wouldn't honor the client's preferences. We probably need a new cipher suite selection algorithm that takes this into account.
