1251004 - Issue on the audio icon in the different navigation tab (possible bug)

Steps to reproduce:

Opened Spotify web player and listening  music.
1. First Issue
Opened a new tab where there are RAI streaming with audio. Maybe I have deactivated and activated audio..

There are two tab with active audio and Firefox show only audio in one tab and not le me deactivate other audio tab. See the screen attached.
Sorry for my English.. is limited.

Also now audio icon are disappeared also in the second tab Spotify but music is playing.

2. Issue 
When page or tab stop to have audio active but the audio icon is not hidden in the tab.

3. Issue Audio are plaing but icon is hidden now, why? I have do nothing. See screen 2



Actual results:

There are two Internet tab with Audio active but just can see audio icon only in one tab so I can't deactivate audio in other tab

Expected results:

1. Have two icon who show audio and can deactivate audio in the second tab.
2. When audio stop video or music is stopped the audio icon in the tab should be hidden
3. icon should not be hidden if music is active

Today seems I have difficult to reproduce this bug.
I don't know why yesterday was present and today not.
Maybe browser was... on tilt I don't know.

Maybe this bug should not keep open if I AM not able to reproduce and describe the step for make this happen again...

It would be nice if you provided at least those 2 links for me to test.
I'm not a developer, but I can confirm this bug if it really happens.
Actually I think that there're 2 different issues on your screenshots. Since you filed this bug for Release version (44), they both were probably fixed on Alpha channel.
