STR:
1. Copy string "http://ya.ru/" to clipboard (without quotes)
2. Launch new profile, wait until all pages will load
3. Press Ctrl+T to open new tab
4. Paste string copied in Step 1, press Enter
5. Wait until web page finishes loading, press Ctrl+W to close tab 
6. Press Ctrl+Shift+T to restore tab

AR:
 Identity block shows green doorhanger, and urlbar says "ya.ru"

ER:
 If url in restored tab is "http://ya.ru", then identity block should show gray globe
 If url in restored tab is "https://ya.ru", then "https://" shouldn't be clipped.

Regression from bug 1246956. Regression range:

Fixed on:   Win7_64, Nightly 48, 32bit, ID 20160310030242

(The particular STR in comment 0 is fixed. Actually, that behavior seemed _very_ unstable
 so I just hope that there're no other steps which result in the same bug)

From bug 1246956 sounds like this was also fixed in 47.

Verified fixed on Windows 7 64bit using Firefox 47 Beta 3 (buildID: 20160505125249): the url in the restored tab is "https://ya.ru" (and the identity block shows green doorhanger).
