User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:44.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/44.0 Build ID: 20160209234642 Steps to reproduce: 1. Open Firefox on 64-bit Windows 10. 2. Go to any website. 3. View the page. Actual results: Web console flickers on, then off, then on, etc. Endlessly. Makes the site unusable. This also appears when browser is displaying its Options window and about:config. Expected results: Web console shouldn't appear at all unless shortcut key is pressed.

More graphics issue for me. Could you type about:support in the location bar and paste the section "graphics", please. In addition, could you set gfx.xrender.enabled=false in about:config (restart FF to apply) and test again.

That will do nothing, as gfx.xrender.enabled is only a Linux setting. Reporter's specific STR says Windows 10.
