From https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Add-ons/AMO/Policy when I click on "Developer Agreement", I am redirected to https://developer.mozilla.org/fr/Mozilla/Add-ons/AMO/Policy/Agreement which is 404.
I haven't found a way to get to the English version of the page.

With the select at the bottom of the page, I've been able to get to the english version of the page.
In any case, being redirected to a 404 is not what I wish.
ni'ing Luke as it seems more of a Kuma bug than a content bug

Thanks for the report David! Indeed a Kuma bug and the solution will likely be to "kill document zones" at some point. Duping to the glory MDNZone404 bug.
