Steps to reproduce:

Example ads url that pops up on http://arenavision.in when using firefox for android:

Actual results:

There's a message and a beeping noise that doesn't stop even after closing the tab. The only way to stop the sound is to close the application from the android's recent's app list.

I cannot get either of those sites to make sound. I get bombarded with app download links.

That link is an ad thrown by other site, probably they change the url or something, obviously it's not guaranteed to be working 2 years later. You should have read it just after being filed the bug.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. I looked at the sites and did not see a way to reproduce 3 years ago. Probably should have just closed the bug then.
