1251985 - (100% str) It's possible to accidentally get all urlbar suggestions not selected and the 1st suggestion not showing search engine

1. Open the following "data:" url or click URL in the form above
>   data:text/html,<title>Unique20160229015305
2. Open new tab
3. Paste "Unique20160229015305" in urlbar
4. Hover mouse over the left side of 2nd suggestion - "Switch to tab"
5. Start slowly moving mouse to the right
6. Type "1" while you still move mouse
7. When you see that there's only 1 suggestion left, stop moving the mouse

AR:  
 The 1st suggestion is not selected and doesn't show the search engine

ER:  
 The 1st suggestion should be visually selected.
 And it should show the search engine that will be used for searching...
 Because it's the only way to see current search engine in the new terrible design!

Use case:
 When I type something in urlbar, I can accidentally touch mouse and move mouse pointer by 1-2px
 In this case I get all search suggestions unselected. That happens surprisingly often.

I think this was fixed when we stopped selecting with the mouse.
