1252184 - Location bar fails to copy correct url if page haven't started loading properly (e.g. pending)

STR:
1. Launch new profile. Open http://www.rp-online.de/ in 15 new tabs.
2. Open new window.
3. Open http://www.rambler.ru/ , http://www.youtube.com/ , http://www.rp-online.de/ ,
   close other tabs in that window. Open new tab in that window (Ctrl+T)
4. Close Firefox. Launch Firefox. Make sure that the window from Step 1 is focused
5. Focus urlbar on a New Tab page (Ctrl+L)
6. Press Ctrl+PageUp, then Ctrl+L, then Ctrl+C as fast as possible
   (probably "Ctrl+Tab, then Ctrl+L, then Ctrl+C as fast as possible" is OK too)
7. Press Ctrl+F, then Ctrl+V to paste copied string somewhere (e.g. in Findbar)

AR:
 The pasted string is "www.rp-online.de"

ER:
 The string should be "http://www.rp-online.de",
 because I may want to paste it in some chat or in bugreport on bugzilla.

Workaround:
 As this is one of the many breakages brought to us by "trim url" 'feature',
 it can be temporarily fixed by setting pref  browser.urlbar.trimURLs -> false

That "100% str" stuff was supposed to mean that the bug occurs not because of my specific install

2. Shift+Middle-click on the huge link at the middle-top ("http://skybeat.ru/")
3. Then immediately click in urlbar, then press Ctrl+C

AR:  copied to clipboard - "skybeat.ru"
ER:  copied to clipboard - "http://skybeat.ru/"


STR_3:
1. Open url   data:text/html,<a href="http://briangrinstead.com/files/sleepy.php">Link</a>
2. Shift+Middle-click the link
3. In less than 3 seconds: click in urlbar, press Ctrl+C

AR:  copied to clipboard - "briangrinstead.com/files/sleepy.php"
ER:  copied to clipboard - "http://briangrinstead.com/files/sleepy.php"

This is regression from bug 665580. Regression range:

Hello,
I've managed to reproduce the issue using the latest nightly Fx 128.0a1 on Windows 10 using the steps provided at STR 2.

1. Open http://skybeat.ru/catalog/hang_drum/
2. Shift + Middle-click the logo in the top left link should be http://skybeat.ru/
3. While the page is still loading click the urlbar and copy the content.

AR: Only 'skybeat.ru' is copied to clipboard.
ER: Full link should be copied to clipboard.

Please note that this issue does not occur on the latest beta or RC builds (127.0b7 and Fx126.0.1). On those builds, the content displayed in the address bar is the full link: https://skybeat.ru, while on the nightly build, the only content displayed in the address bar while the page is loading is "skybeat.ru".
It would also be worth mentioning, that if steps 2-3 are not done fast, the issue is not reproducible.

Hm, I wonder if this is related to trim URL.
