That's already the case when we don't build with MOZILLA_OFFICIAL=1

Is the ask here to actually remove support for MOZILLA_OFFICIAL=1 ? I would rather not do that yet.
I agree with Fabrice. We've always had the capability to create non-Firefox branded builds and as far as I know that's the default. I don't think there's much value in removing the ability to create Firefox OS branded builds until we're sure there will never be another Firefox OS branded product. Currently that isn't the case.
