1252194 - Consider adding controls for margin width and line-height in Reader View

Bug 1151200 mentions some work to add two new bits of control to the mobile Reader View:

1) side margin widths
2) line-height controls

I've seen these controls else where too, but ATM, I'm not convinced that this is high priority work. 

Particularly because we use the device-width for phones, and set a pretty sensible default for tablets. 

Either way, filing this bug to keep track as we'll likely want to do this across iOS and Android if we do.
