Subtests are important for drilling down why e10s might be faster or slower for certain tests. In the e10s view, we should make subtests available.

Here you go! Probably even more of a hackjob that the original dashboard, but fortunately we're not shipping this code to anyone.

I agree this is a bit hacky, but overall I would rather get this done than be code philosophers for the best reuse of code and how to make things look beautiful.  

Lets move forward with this!
